I believe therapy begins with creating space for the whole person, because meaningful therapeutic work requires feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. I strive to provide a warm, safe, and affirming environment where you can show up authentically and explore the many parts of yourself without judgment. You do not need to have every aspect of your identity figured out; therapy can be a space where you are supported through growth, change, and the evolving versions of yourself.
My approach draws from trauma-informed, person-centered, psychodynamic, strengths-based, and relational frameworks. I work collaboratively with clients to develop greater self-awareness and insight while cultivating self-compassion, resilience, and grace. I am passionate about providing holistic, intersectional, and culturally responsive care to individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, grief, depression, interpersonal conflict, and identity exploration. I also specialize in providing affirming care for queer and LGBTQ+ individuals. Together, we can explore the parts of yourself that may feel difficult to understand or hold, with empathy, curiosity, and gentleness.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, crocheting, traveling, spending time outdoors, and cuddling with my cat. Having grown up near the mountains, I especially value time in nature as a way to reconnect, recharge, and stay grounded.
