I believe everybody has the right to reflect on the deeper meaning of life—to confront fear, happiness, loneliness, and love face to face. Yet, in this concrete world and this era, spaces for such authentic exploration are painfully rare. That’s what the therapy room is for. Whether you are hoping to process a specific incident or simply want to invest time and energy into mental health maintenance, I am here for the journey. I believe true support in therapy goes beyond the words “I get it.” It means seeing what you’re seeing, feeling what you’re feeling, and remaining curious about your narrative, your resilience, and your potential.
I received my BS in Psychology in Beijing, China, and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at New York University. Informed by Eastern philosophy and feminist therapy principles, our work together will emphasize balance, empowerment, and inclusivity. As a queer woman of color with firsthand experience navigating marginalization in the U.S., I am committed to fostering a therapeutic space that is collaborative, culturally responsive, and attuned to the unique identities and stories you carry.
$100 per session for individual, $125 for couples
