I believe therapy should provide a safe, supportive environment where individuals can explore life's challenges with honesty, curiosity, and self-compassion. I am passionate about creating a space where clients feel comfortable being their authentic selves and empowered to pursue meaningful change.
Drawing from Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-based approaches, I help clients develop greater self-awareness, identify their strengths, and work toward their goals at a pace that feels right for them. I strive to build a warm and collaborative therapeutic relationship while offering candid feedback and respectful encouragement. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and other personal concerns. My approach is culturally responsive and grounded in respect for each client's unique background, values, and lived experiences.
I hold a Master's degree in Sport Psychology, where I focused on mental performance and the psychological factors that influence personal growth and resilience. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling to further develop my clinical skills and deepen my ability to support diverse client populations. My experience in client intake and care coordination has strengthened my communication skills, clinical professionalism, and understanding of compassionate client care.
As I continue my training, I am committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based, and client-centered support to help individuals navigate challenges, build resilience, and achieve greater well-being.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy traveling and exploring new cultures and experiences. I also enjoy event planning, reading, spending time with family, practicing Pilates, visiting museums, and attending sporting events. As a passionate foodie, I love discovering new restaurants and trying different cuisines, which allows me to connect with diverse cultures and perspectives.
