Rebecca Snaider

Associate Therapist | BA, MHC-I

$100 per session for individual, $125 for couples

My name is Rebecca Snaider. I know that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up authentically as yourself. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to support you with warmth, curiosity, and care.

My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, psychodynamic, cognitive, and interpersonal perspectives. I believe therapy should be a space where all parts of your identity, background, and lived experiences feel respected and understood. Together, we can explore patterns, process emotions and experiences, and build a deeper understanding of how your thoughts, feelings, and relationships shape the way you move through life. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself and more intentional in your everyday life.

I’m currently completing my Master’s degree in Psychology at New York University Steinhardt and earned my BA in Psychology from The New School. My background includes work in early childhood and attachment-focused settings, where I supported emotional regulation, relational development, and individualized emotional needs through attuned and supportive care.

Outside of therapy, I love fidget toys, Adventure Time, music, and finding small moments of joy and creativity in everyday life.
